DISC Personality Test is a tool used to assess an individual’s personality traits and behaviour styles. The test is based on the theory of the DISC Model by William Moulton Marston. DISC which stands for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. The test measures an individual’s natural tendencies and behaviour patterns in these four areas.
